Vancouver, BC, Canada – Range Oil & Gas Inc. (the “Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Range Metals Inc. (CNSX:RGO) (GWB:YGK), announces that it has had several meetings and discussions with certain companies owned by the Al-Zarooni Corporation of Dubai, in order to acquire an interest in a Middle East production sharing contract. The Company is in the process of finalizing an agreement and arranging finance terms for the purchase.
