ARRANGEMENT COMPLETED

Vancouver, BC, Canada – Range Metals Inc. (“Range Metals”) and Range Gold Corp. (“Range Gold”) announce that further to the news release of Range Metals dated February 20, 2008, the arrangement with Range Gold has completed. In the result, Range Gold is no longer a subsidiary of Range Metals, the shareholders of Range Metals have been issued one-half of one common share of Range Gold for every one Range Metals common share held by them, and the common shares of Range Gold will as of May 1, 2008 be listed for trading on the Canadian Trading and Quotation System Inc. under the symbol RGCC.
