Range Energy Resources Inc. (formerly Hawkstone Energy Corp.:HEC) is a publicly listed company currently trading under the symbol "RGO" on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX). The Company changed its name from Hawkstone Energy Corp.  to Range Energy Resources Inc. on November 17, 2011.

Through its 24.95% economic interest, the Company is currently co-developing a property in the Kurdistan region of Northern Iraq, known as the Khalakan Block.

The Company has raised $35.6 Million in order to complete the acquisition of its interest in the Khalakan Block, and fund the 2010-2012 exploration program including seismic and drilling campaigns.
